G1 Youth

God First!

Teenagers today are bombarded with entertainment, distractions and temptations. After a while they tend to lose focus on what their purpose in life is. Getting lost in translation is the desire for fun, but also aware of a calling. A deeper meaning in life.

The Goal of G1 Youth is to disciple and to make disciples. One of the best ways to do so is by putting God First in our everyday lives.

Matthew 22:37-39 says ” Jesus replied, You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. A second is equally important: Love your neighbor as yourself.”

This verse brings to light the very way that we can serve God and those around us in our community. Love him with everything we have and loving our neighbor as ourselves. Being in G1 Youth Group, teenagers will be equipped in cultivating a deep relationship with God and in doing so learning to serve others with the love of Christ.
